Sub 20 min 5k, sub 42 10k (PR 43 min), keep working on my core and flexibility Long-Term Running Goals: Lots of marathons, including neat ones like the one in wine country in France, to always feel that runner's high, to stay injury free, to keep my core strength and flexibility at a max. Personal: Running is my balance, my passion, my strength. It represents all my best and worst qualities: determination, goal-setting, enjoyment of nature, stuborness, intensity, obssessiveness...the list goes on. I have wanted to qualify for Boston for a long time and I'm ready to tackle it. I'm going to use the Philly Marathon in November to qualify for it. PLEASE let me know any training suggestions.
